Anti-oxidant-tertiary Butylhydroquinone (TBHQ)
As one of the best internationally recognized food antioxidant, TBHQ has been widely used in oil industry and food industry which the product contains oil in dozens of countries and areas. It replaced traditional antioxidant promptly.

TBHQ use-method:
Direct method: heat the oil to above 60︒, add into the needed portion of TBHQ, stir the mixture until TBHQ fully dissolved.
Seeding method: dissolve TBHQ in a small portion of oil (90°C~120°C) to get oil mixture with 5%~10% TBHQ, then add the mixture into oil directly or with portioning device, stir the final mixture until TBHQ is evenly distributed.
Dipping & spraying method: for salted meat, dried fish products, nuts, can directly spray diluted TBHQ solution onto the surface,make flexible use of diluted TBHQ solution for dipping.
Storage: stored in a cool(≤ 20℃),dry and clean place,avoid direct sunlight
